The German evening course
Our evening courses take place twice a week and are aimed at people who want to improve their language skills in addition to their job, studies and family. The essential language skills of speaking, listening, grammar and reading comprehension are extensively focused on – with a special emphasis put on speaking. We offer the right course for every level - from A1.1 to C1.
The beginner to advanced evening courses are primarily aimed at learners who live in Berlin and want to pursue their long term goals when it comes to language learning. Our goal is to facilitate a productive learning environment for you to continually enhance your language skills in a small group setting.
If you have no prior knowledge of the German language, we encourage you to register for one of our beginner courses. These courses are structured for learners who do not speak German yet, but do have a good command of the Latin alphabet. After only a few weeks, our beginner course will have taught you useful vocabulary and have you communicating in basic conversations. Our course goal is to put a lot of emphasis on being able to speak German right from the start; as a result, this is why we have small class sizes. We only have experienced teachers who teach at all levels, including the beginner courses.

Mehr erfahrenAfter trying a couple of German courses, I completed six months at Die Neue Schule without even realizing it. Our teacher Eva was a perfect match for me because she is a very well-prepared teacher who structured the lessons with a variety of activities. She even noted our mistakes and prepared lessons focusing on eliminating these mistakes. She is one of the best teachers I have ever seen. Moreover, the office staff at Die Neue Schule, including the administrative staff, is wonderful and very friendly. They solve any problems on behalf of the students and teachers even before they realize it. For whatever reason you go there, it is guaranteed that you will find a smiling face and a helping kindness. I definitely recommend Die Neue Schule for people who would like to learn German in a systematic way.
